I'm running a campaign on DND beyond and taking advantage of the encounter builder, however, the levels of my fellow PCs and subsequently their levels in the Encounter builder aren't updating on the main page, but upon viewing of the PC's sheets, they're the correct level. Curious if anybody else is experiencing this, I'm on Google Chrome.
Yes, I have the same problem. Answers? I'm building encounters for 5 level 4 characters, and my PC's have advanced to level 6 now. Their character sheets all show level 6. But in the campaign, and thus the encounter builder they still appear as level 4.
Also the "unselect then reselect" solution proposed above does not work.
The problem is that the encounter builder doesn't pull a live, accurate-to-the-moment understanding of any changes that have been recently made to the campaign's PCs. The only "fix" I've encountered (hah) so far has been to wait days or weeks for its caching to finally catch up, and then create a new encounter from scratch.
Enormous pain and no excuse for it to take longer than a presidential term to address.

One year later, same problem.
In the encounter builder, unselect the party by setting it to one of the generic parties, and then reselect the party and re-save the encounter.
