I'm using an old school issued chromebook for ddb and I've been trying to create a character on it but 1. it always says there was an error and that I couldn't do that and 2. My character list won't load when I go into my collections. Is there a simple fix for this? it works for the same account on mobile, just not on this computer.
Can you provide more info? I do not think anyone can help you without more specifics. The easiest solution in my opinion is to just visit the school's computer club or something and have them take a look, since they can be there physically to actually see what is going on with the laptop.
Since it works on mobile but not on the old laptop, I am guessing it is just due to old age, and there is nothing we nor Beyond can do anything about it if that is the case. You can try updating your drivers and see if that helps, but that is about all I can think of without more information. In my opinion, I would just get a more modern laptop.
