There is no such option for me. Nor is there an additional information section for the feats. I have been able to post images for items, but the feat itself is that of an elf with a bird of prey upon his hand which came as default when I created the feat "from scratch."
You cannot add pics to feats. But only you and people in campaigns with you will ever see any images you attach to homebrews, the images get hidden when homebrews are published so as to prevent any potential copyright/trademark infringements.
