There is a problem with reporting transaction success, failure or no progress. I thought I had purchased several items at the sale. Later, after the sale, I discovered none of it had gone through and all the items were still sitting in the cart. I guess I have to wait a year now for the sale to come back. My guess is that it’s a problem between your system and that of PayPal. I have to say it was very disappointing. If items sit in the cart for more than a short time, shouldn’t I get a warning email?

Submit a support ticket. Note that support doesn't work on the weekends, so it will Monday at the earliest before they can back to you.
