When I try this on a Level 5 character, it spits out my character at L1 instead and gets all the skills and spells wrong, but some of the info is right, like background, alignment, etc. The weapons and cantrips do not show up. I tried refreshing the screen and logging out and logging in again, but every time it's the same results. The sheet on my account is at level 5 with all the right info. Anyone had this happen before? What's the fix?

After you update your character sheet you need to give it 20 minutes before exporting it to PDF so the system has a cycle to update everything.
