I purchesed echo knight. It even shows in recent purchases. But when i make my character it doesnt come up as an option.
Make sure that you have Critical Role content turned on. (First/home page of the character builder)
If you do and it still isn't showing up, check your entitlements. Go here, choose the marketplace tab, and look under Account Entitlements. If it says you need to sync, click the sync button.
