Been Master for a while now and today logged in to set up a campaign for my kids and now I am showing as a free member, I checked my apple account and it is showing that I am Master tier (Can't even resub on the app as it shows that I currenty have it) but on both app and online page it shows I am free tier and can not make additional character sheets.

Do you accidentally have two accounts, one attached to your Apple sign-in, and another attached to something else like Google?
