I've created a racial trait, selected granted, and given it level 1. 

When I add modifiers I select bonus, I select the ability score I want, and I enter the value I want in fixed value.

I've read multiple forums and reddits. I've saved many times and waited 20 minutes. Still nothing is working and the bonus does not apply to my character.

• Are you only checking in the character builder and not on the character sheet itself?
• Have you “woken up” the character by increasing the character level and then decreasing it again?
• Have you saved the entire race itself, or just the feature?
• Is the test character’s ability score already at 20?

Oh shoot I forgot to check my character sheet for the difference sorry. Yeah I was only looking at the character builder.
