The same thing happens with the regular Double-Bladed Scimitar (this isn't a Tooltip issue, by the way.)
Currently, items in DDB can't add Actions beyond the standard Attack. The workaround is to create a Custom Action of type Weapon, with Action Type: Weapon, Range: Melee, Stat: STR, Dice Count: 1, Die Type: 4, Damage Type: Slashing, Activation Type: Bonus Action, and check the Proficient box if applicable. (I did this for a player in our campaign.)
Oh, I'm not referring to the click to roll character sheet functionality. I mean if you click on the weapon in equipment and read the info side panel (on browser) it fails to mention the special 1D4 bonus attack in the tooltip for the revenant double-bladed scimitar.
Thank you for the custom action though, I'll be sure to use that!
The Revenant Double-Bladed Scimitar is an item created by DDB to make the feat that increases AC based on using the weapon work - the intention is that you would reference the normal Double-Bladed Scimitar for all details (which is why it only has the details regarding the feat benefit with the +1 AC)/ There are also difference between Mundane equipment and a Magic item in the sheet. So whilst I can understand the annoyance, this is an unfortunate downside of us already breaking the system by adding a special magic item to make a feat work.
Ahh, yeah, I see the Special part is in the description in the Magic Items search for the Revenant Double-Bladed Scimitar, but not when you've added it to your inventory. Looks like the magic item description needs updating.

Character page sidebar description for "Revenant Dual-Bladed Scimitar" is missing the SPECIAL attribute description for Bonus Action
Can you provide a screenshot or URL to the sheet as to where you are looking at this?

Hope that works as it is not letting me post images.
