So whitehorn799's character looks correct, but VulpTipTest does have something really weird going on with the skills; they all seem to have an additional +5 to all the skills. I can't figure out where that is coming from, but somone else might be able to.
Those 2 dots on your test character sheet are the character's saving throw proficiencies, which are DEX and INT for a Rogue, so that's correct.

Those aren’t “skills,” they’re “Saving Throws.”

Sigh. Arithmetic (as opposed to “higher” math) is often my downfall; it is +8; not sure where my brain was getting +5.

VulTipTest must be using an older version, they don't have darkvision the sense, they have darkvision the spell.
