So I whipped up a homebrew lineage of a bunch of interplanetary dog-people that used to be human. I made it for my own amusement, but this warning(?) came up.
"This homebrew Race has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Race."
I'm mostly treating this as a learning experience for the moment. I used a copy of "Custom Lineages" as a jumping off point to understand how lineages worked in the system, before nixing almost all of it for my own content. 95 percent of the mechanics are things like adding a skill, a natural weapon, a language of choice so on. The biggest thing is that the colony they hail from gives them an ability - not quite subraces so much as something like Breath Weapon. If you grew up on Pluto you get darkvision and poison resistance, Martians get resistance to fire and certain spells, stuff like that. Is the reason that I can't share it simply because it started as a copy of something else? List of spells referenced in it below in case any of those flagged it.
(Chill Touch, Control Flames, Control Water, Fire Bolt, Frostbite, Gust, Mold Earth, Primal Savagery, Ray of Frost, Shocking Grasp, Speak with Animals, Toll the Dead, Thunderclap)
When you make a homebrew if you link to anything that isn't in the Standard Rules it gets flagged because then you would be basically publishing content that costs money for free.
Also, you don't need to publish your homebrew for people in your games to use it and once you do publish it you cant make changes to it without having to reupload the homebrew.

"Play the game however you want to play the game. After all, your fun doesn't threaten my fun."
Oh I wasn't gonna publish it, this is sort of a personal thing I wanted in the system. As for the standard rules part, good to know!
If you don't plan on publishing it then there is no problem, you can totally ignore that warning.

It isn’t spells in the “standard rules” as that’s almost ever spell. These are all of the “free content” spells: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells?filter-class=0&filter-search=&filter-verbal=&filter-somatic=&filter-material=&filter-concentration=&filter-ritual=&filter-sub-class=&filter-source=1&filter-source=4)
