Dwarven Toughness from the players handbook is not working for characters. It is suppose to at a hit point per level
Can you provide a link to a character sheet that is showing this issue? I've just made a level 10 dwarf and they're correctly getting the +10 max hp from dwarven toughness.

It seems to be a bug. I have the same issue: ddb.ac/characters/69690422/BB6efA+1 HP Max from Dwarven Toughness is not automatically added.For my Lvl1 Mage: 6 + CON(3) = 9 +1 = 10(Easy fix: add +1 Extra in the HitPoint Menu)Solved
According to the sheet you linked, your character’s CON modifier is +2, not +3, so an HP of 9 is correct.
