I subscribed to the semi-annual Hero subscription and disabled automatic billing, 2 hours later it shows that my account isn't subscribed to anything, any clues to what happened ?
No clue, but those sorts of questions can usually only be answered by the support staff. Please submit a ticket as directed in the first post.
currently having a problem where i'm trying to purchase a monthly subscription (was previously on bi-annually) and it forced me to cancel subscription. now i am trying to change it to monthly and it won't even advance me into another page, just keeps going in a loop cack to the first subscribe page.

File a support request as mentioned in the first post of this thread. No one in the forums has the tools or access to fix subscription issues. It must go through the support folks.
I seem to be having issues. I need to change my card on file, but there is no location I can find to do so. Reading this thread it looks like this was an issue back in March as well for many. I have submitted a ticket, but I want to make sure I didn't just miss something.
When I try to go to subscriptions it just says it can't collect payment. That's because it's on the cancelled card I need to change. Am I missing something, or do I just need to wait for the help desk?
I had a change of billing information, have tried searching throughout the customer service pages, tried the link at the top of this thread, zero luck with anything. Would *really* like to get my account active again, but it seems impossible to contact anyone directly and the links are broken or just go in circles.

The support link and filing a ticket works. Eventually. It took them a full week and multiple emails to solve my issue. The first email literally was a scripted response telling me to do the exact thing I had told them I already did in my initial ticket submission. Waste of time.
It got resolved with another round of emails and came down to "cancel your account and resubscribe." Considering that that is the same answer they were giving 6 months ago I have to assume they have no plans to fix this issue.
The rep I dealt with was very pleasant, so kudos to her, but the lack of attention to functionality in a platform in 2022 is sadly what I've come to expect from this company in both DnD and MtG.

Recently got books i want to share with my players so they can try new races and stuff, but i cant seem to be able to subscrive to master, it only allowed me to cancel my hero subscription, can i not get master before my other subscription runns out? that would be in May 2023, there's gotta be a better way?

Is there a method to change my payment details? My subscription has ended but I cannot renew as I have a new credit card.

I think you have to contact support. They were trying to set up something to let you take care of that yourself, and it broke the subscription function badly, necessitating this whole thread. I’m guessing they pulled those “improvements” until they can come up with a better system.
I have not found this issue in the forums but has anyone else had content they have purchased suddenly stop showing as purchased? I am currently showing a ton of content books as available for access but I never bought them and then other books I have purchased are no longer available to me. My transaction history shows completely blank as if I have never purchased any books. Anyone else see this issue?

I'd like to checkout the sub rewards for October but it keeps taking me to the subscription page despite my current sub to Master Tier.
