So I am running into an issue where one of my players levels up their wizard and chose a feat and it had in the list a warlock patron feat.... I dont believe they should have access to this and it is causing major issues in our campaign and I would like to see it fixed so that the classes are no seeing feats that are not available to their class
There are no options to restrict feats to specific classes in homebrew. If they aren't supposed to take that homebrewed feat, you will just have to tell them not to.

ok
One thing you could do is give the feat a Prerequisite of, say, 15 Charisma, which a Wizard character is not as likely to have.

You mean the Fairy Magic? That’s not a feat, it’s a racial trait. They get that just for being a fairy.

They mean the Ancient Dragon Patron Spell List.
...Now that I look at it, a Feat is probably not the best way to accomplish what is likely meant to be part of a Warlock subclass.
