I have been charged twice for my master tier subscription. I reached out via the support email and have already filed a dual charge report through my payment support. I was wondering if there is anything else I can do on my end and is there any way to get it resolved sooner rather than later.
You’ve already done it. The best thing you can do at the moment is wait and DO NOT submit another support ticket because that just makes things take longer. They’ll sort you out when they can, but they’re facing a backlog of ticket from impatient A-Holes submitted 2 and 3 support tickets.
I also was charged twice but mine was weird original charge $125 for d&d beyond books then same day like an hour later my phone alerts me to an additional charge of $80 to wizards that I absolutely did not make.
