I can’t find another thread this quick, but I’m sure I’m not the first to have this issue?
in the added spell list for the Genie, the warlock gets Wish at lvl9.
but it does not appear as a selectable spell. Not in the spell list (which should be correct as the warlock only can go to spell lvl 5) but also not as an option in the Mystic Arcanum lvl 9.
I tried that but it didn't work. Is there a particular way to do it? Is it supposed to be a spell you can just add or is it supposed to be an Arcanum?
Since the Warlock's regular Pact Magic spells max out at Lv5 slots, Wish would not be on the list for it's regular mode of casting. Also a wish every short rest would be absolutely ridiculous, even if it would be game breakingly funny.
It is meant to be a Lv9 Mystic Arcanum option, though both Wish, and other expanded spell lists from things like backgrounds or the "Additional Spells for Warlock" list do not appear on the Mystic Arcanum Lists for any Level.
Beyond still has not fixed this particular bug and it has been over a year since they announced it was something they were "working" on.

trouble is: can’t add it by hand as well..

Homebrew a copy of Wish and add it to the Warlock Spell List.

I knew for sure I couldn’t be the only one. But I couldn’t find it.
oh well, it’s known. Now just wait for a fix.
thanks for the pointer.
This bug has been around since April 2022 and WotC still has not fixed it. Another sign that DnD Beyond is sliding into the trash bin.

Drink water. Take a nap. Pray about it.

Why isn't this fixed on a warlock genie patron's mystic arcanum availability? It has been a bug for OVER TWO YEARS NOW...
Over Four years now... just dont see that being a priority with the staff being slowly culled.
