I have a lot of character sheets with photos that I have downloaded and set the custom image but many times it will not load and leave the little icon blank or black didn't know if I had something off or if it was a bug it like this on PC and mobile.

You probably have to download the editthiscookie extension and look for something which I forgot. Search the forums for it and then clear the cookies.
