Edit: Oh you meant in the immunity section of the character sheet. Yeah, that is missing and is something they should implement. Probably should mention it in the Eberron Source Book Bugs thread too.
Edit 2: I posted in the Eberron support forum about this, so hopefully they get resolved soon.
Warforged's "Constructed Resilience" trait should give them Immunity to Magical Sleep similar to what elves get.
