Hi, i wanted to renew my heroe's tier subscription but the website declines my order without asking me for my payment infos. Does anyone have a similar problem? It's really frustrating, because now i can only use 6 of my chars.
I did send an email to costumer support, but did not recieve an answer until now.
They have been super swamped recently. Unfortunately the only thing to do is to wait. DO NOT submit a second ticket, it will reset your place in the cue for tickets to get resolved.

I sent in a support ticket for the exact same issue 3 days ago. I haven't gotten a response yet though.
