I hope this is a short period of growing pains as they transition to a search algorithm that works, but as of today, I do not see the Advanced Search option. I don't own every sourcebook, so I need to be able to filter out the dozen or so that I don't have. If I search for "gnome" (I was looking for a generic NPC stat block), I find 22 results, most of which are from books that I don't have access to. There's no way to filter.
Tangentially related: the DNDbeyond app has a less-than-optimized search engine. If you search for a specific spell, it will almost never be the first, second, third, fourth, or 20th result. If a search matches the name of a thing exactly, it should be the first result.
Oh yep you're absolutely right, thank you for your reply! I really wish they'd fix their search. Showing me results that I can't access will not convince me to buy more source books. It's just frustrating.

The general search function around here is next to useless and has been since forever. Go to the monsters page and there’s advanced filters there.
