Healing spirit is only available from Xanathar’s Guide, you have to have access to it in order to use the spell in any homebrews. Access from content sharing is insufficient, it must be purchased either by itself, as part of the spells bundle from Xanathar’s, or by purchasing Xanathar’s Guide whole.
