Homebrew College not being showed as an option

I've created my own subclass/college for mig Paladin/Bard, which has just reached lvl 3 in Bard. But I does not show in the list of avaliable colleges. Why is that?

Do you have homebrew turned on for the character? Also, if the homebrew is super new it might not have propagated to the server yet.
