Why is my initiative defaulting to 25 before rolling in run encounter?

I have +5 initiative, however I am starting with 25 already populated int eh encounter even though no one else does.  Any ideas?

My character has an 18 dex but her initiative seems to be reading +5 and I dont know why she has the extra +1

 Could be a feat or a homebrew item, give us a link to your character, otherwise we're just spitballing.

You ever figure this out? I am guessing the DM put a 25 in your initiative roll by mistake because nothing looks out of sorts with your PC sheet.
