Ok, I finally bought the PHB from your store and it is on my account. I can't access arcane trickster or Oath of Vengeance. Is there something more I need to do?
I also bought the Tasha's, and the Mordenkainen Presents on this account. Everything shows up on my account info.

I am not sure what my Spirit Animal is. But whatever that thing is, I am pretty sure it has rabies!
When you say 'from your store' I assume you mean via the website, and not through the app. I ask because the app has a delay while payment works its way through the app store servers.
Go here and make sure under Account Entitlements it says your data is in sync. If not, do what it tells you and then check.
Are you the correct level for your rogue or paladin? Both need to have 3 levels before they can pick a subclass.
1. I edited the level to 3 on both characters went to subs and I only have 3 options on rogue and 4 options under paladin.
2. Pocketmouse: thank you I didn't realize there was an app. But no I do everything on desktop and the system that dnd Beyond put in is really user friendly!

What does the full line that starts. CAT-0002 say? My PHB purchase is noted as SRC-0002. I’m wondering if you bought the compendium only option. That would explain both the different code and the fact that you can’t access subclasses in the builder.
while you are at it, check the PHB entry In the marketplace. Does it offer you a significantly reduced price? If so, that’s another clue that you bought the compendium only version.
I had thought about individual items originally, but unclicked them and went with the $19.99 players Handbook I saw at the top of the screen and the $29.99 Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse.
I understand some of the grumblings on purchases in this, but I do feel that the value added at almost, "Idiot Proofing" the character sheet mechanics was something I was willing to invest in. I quit playing around 2E own all the books, but now I am picking it back up a decade later.
Now that I read what you added, what in God's name is the compendium? And for what purpose would anyone want it?

The $19.99 Compendium is just the read only version of the PHB. For the “idiot proofing” interactive version of the book you would have needed to purchase the $29.99 ”Full Version” of the PHB. If you now go back and purchase the Full Version you will only need to pay the $10 difference (plus tax), and you will unlock that content in the builder.
If that is the case with the compendium only, I would highly suggest to just remove that option. The confusion is definitely not worth it, and between you and the site, I can't understand why anyone would want it. A person can fully operate the game without the compendium option with the advent of the internet. Something that would have been useful back in 1990-2005 time frame (From my own personal experience). But today, your just going to turn off certain people and/or confuse them and others. The al-la-cart option I can see people paying for, but anyone serious just wants full on access. Not a deal breaker for me, but from a business aspect, don't give people something to complain about, even if it is petty. That is just based on the threads of people who buy the books and then hesitate to buy the DnD beyond content.
Thank you IamSposta and ArwensDaughter.

The Compendium Only version is for folks who don’t care about the digital toolset and just want the cheapest possible legal access to the information. ($3 cheaper than ordering off of Amazon. 😉)

On the same tab as the entitlements, scroll down and check “current product licenses”. What is listed there?
