Hey I'm unsure if anyone else has this problem, or if its maybe something on my side, but I thought I'd ask to be sure.
When looking to customize my Charactersheet there is a variety of issues.

#1 For one, a characters portrait will always load in as a black square, even when showing up fine in the preview.

#2 Several issues with the Frames including:
- the Frame preview just not loading in for some of them
- some select animated and static Frames not being able to be previewed, and then not showing up when applied (some others work though)

#3 Backgrounds suffer a similar problem where several just dont load into the preview and some even if loaded in, display as solid white when selected.

#4 Lastly (and I'm not entirely sure if I didnt just f*** something up) it seems that despite having a running subscription, the newest and prbably last recent subscriber perks havent been added to my account?
At the very least I cannot find the current perk, consisting of 8 new frames of the Schools of Magic, as an option anywhere.

As for the rest of it, clear your browser cache, cookies, and history.
