Hello, I play a Way of the Sun Soul Monk 9th level and for 10th I decided to multiclass into Priest, Light Domain. Both ways I get the Burning Hands Spell, the difference is the Cleric Spell range is Self, and the Monk Variant has a Range of 15 Feet, but both are written the same way.
The Burning Hands spell is functionally the same for both. Monk has the option to cast it with ki instead of spell slots and as a bonus action instead of an action. Other than that, there are no other modifications that the Monk subclass makes.

The poster is trying to refer to a bug in the display of the burning hands/searing arc strike entries on the DnDB character sheet. The listed range of Burning Hands is correct (Self), but the range of Searing Arc Strike is listed as (15 ft). I tried to post a screenshot, but the [Insert Image] Dialogue does not appear to allow screenshot uploads.

Yes, that's correct, but the issue is the range for Searing Arc Strike on the character sheet is incorrect. It should be self, not 15 ft.
