Some time in the last week or so, the Oath spells disappeared from my Paladin's Spell list. They are no longer visible or accessible as prepared spells (always prepared, of course) nor as spells to optionally prepare (less surprisingly). Channel Divinity options were still showing - only Oath Spells were missing. It seems this has been an issue in the past but the bug was fixed a few years ago; I haven't seen any posts about the issue recurring recently.
My Paladin's oath is private homebrew content which has been working fine for the past 18 months and has not been altered or edited for many months. Naturally I tried reloading pages and moving the Oath in and out of my Collection etc in the hope of loading spells into the character sheet, but with no effect. So I was left with an oath but no oath spells.
Wait, it gets worse!
Thinking a deeper reset might help, I went into Character Builder and changed my oath to a Devotion as a test. Noting that Devotion oath spells were also not showing in the character sheet - indicating a wider problem in D&D Beyond affecting all oath spells - I tried to switch back to my homebrew oath but it is no longer there as an oath option. It has vanished. It still exists in my hombrew Creations. Adding it to my homebrew collection, unsurprsingly, also hasn't made it available to me as an oath.
Help! What is going on? Is there a new policy blocking private homebrew content, or is this two different bugs occurring at the same time?
Update: My homebrew oath is now available again in Character Builder, so at least my Pally hasn't unwittingly become an oathbreaker
Oath spells are still not showing up in prepared spell list though.
I guess WotC are doing some maintenance today and bits are breaking and getting fixed on the fly, perhaps. Hopefully the recurring oath spells bug will be fixed again before my next session...
I'm actually having similar trouble. I'm trying to make a homebrew paladin and none of the oath spells or the expanded list of spells I need are showing up. I'm following the same steps as I did for the wizard subclass and sorcerer subclass (both are at least functional, if a bit clunky).
If the issue is that the spells you want to attach aren’t showing up as available, it could be because you haven’t purchased access to them, you can only use spells you have licenses to in homebrews. If you have purchased access to the spells, then you might need to re-sync your entitlements. Please see the Content Accessibility FAQ Section C-2: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/142100-how-to-access-content-on-d-d-beyond-faq).
Both the Oath and oath spells are homebrew and had been working fine for 18 months. The oath and spells were created correctly and appeared correctly in the character sheet before the spells suddenly stopped showing some time last week (or thereabouts).
No matter, I've just rebuilt my oath after removing then re-adding the spells to my homebrew collection and and then to the oath - everything is now functioning correctly again.
Must have been a synching glitch that popped up during site maintenance, as I haven't built the spells or the oath any differently from the first time. I did check out your FAQs which gave me the idea of forcing a synch by rebuilding, so thanks for that.

Are you perhapse running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN? One of those might be interfering with DDB.

Thanks for the suggestion, but no - none of the above - and I haven't changed any settings either.
The oath spells just vanished one day and haven't returned.

I’m not sure exactly how you set up your Wiz or Sorc subclasses, but Paladins are “prepared” spellcasters so they work a little differently. You can see a full walkthrough of the differences in the Subclasses & Races FAQ #13: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq).
