Cannot Delete Encounter's From Builder

There are 2 encounter in my encounter builder that will not delete. When I click them they cannot load anything however they are taking up 2 of the limited slot I have for encounters.

To delete an encounter it MUST:

Have a title/name.

Be attached to a campaign.
Rollback Post to Revision RollBack
