Ok so the problem from draconic resilience is the part that changes your armour class

Additionally, parts of your skin are covered by a thin sheen of dragon-like scales. When you aren’t wearing armor, your AC equals 13 + your Dexterity modifier.
The problem is that when you are wearing armor this feature still changes your armour class to fit it. e.g when my character is wearing leather armour their AC should be 15 (+4 Dex) but this feature still changes it to 17
The system is programmed to use whichever AC value would be the highest, which for you is unarmored in that case. It’s a system limitation as temporary effects are still not yet supported.
