I’m hoping for tips on how to fix a character sheet issue. I can view my list of character sheets, but when I attempt to open them, or create a new character with the character builder, the screen reloads twice and then give the error:
A button at the bottom says “Reload Webpage.” Pressing the button causes the character sheet to reload twice again, and give the same error. This happens with all of the character sheets.
I have logged in and out of the site, cleared the cache on my browser, deleted the cookies on my browser, turned off all browser extensions, allowed (and disallowed) pop-ups for D&D Beyond, and messed with my router. I also don’t use a VPN.
This issue only happens on Safari (they work on Chrome), and started immediately after I got a subscription. I would love any other tips!
I'm facing the same issue. I opened a ticket with support for it, they recommended all the things you already tried. I also tried all those things and it did not fix the issue.

Yep, same issue here. Using Chrome is not a viable solution for me, and the site used to work perfectly well.
What OS are you using? When was your most recent update?

Monterey 12.6.2, Safari 16.2, both completely up to date.
Same issue here - I tried all the suggestions and my OS and browser are up to date. Please help. I can use chrome but its a battery hog.
