For his breath weapon there's no damage roll button or range information (see here https://imgur.com/a/3xFuKua)
I checked with all of the other metallic ancestries and the damage info/button is there for them. I also leveled this brass metallic dragonborn character and it does eventually appear at level 5 when the other breath weapons come available. The problem appears to be specific to the brass metallic ancestry.
It isn't a problem specific to the character though. It's the race and ancestry that's bugged. I switched the race of another character I made to brass metallic dragonborn and it's showing the same thing.
Checked this on my own characters. Up to level 4, there is no damage dice button, but at level 5, when it becomes a 2d10, then it appears. This was not the case when I swapped it to metallic dragonborn.
This is helpful info. It works just fine for me in gold, silver, copper, and bronze. I think this can probably be fixed if whatever is entered for them is applied to the brass ancestry of the metallic dragonborn.... or probably just gold, since it's the same damage type as brass.
I have a level 2 Metallic Dragonborn (Brass).

Please post a link to your character sheet so someone can look into this for you.
