It seems unusual to me that I have not received any sort of notice that someone is even viewing my ticket by now and makes me think there is a problem somewhere.
Does anyone know of an issue in the system or another way to raise a flag to be seen and get help?

Support is notoriously slow and backlogged around here. What’s your dilemma? Maybe it’s something a community member can help with.
