I’ve been trying to share or find content from the above mentioned sourcebooks and they were removed in 2020 according to Reddit posts but others aren’t having this issue. It only seems to be happening to me that I know of. Is there anything that could be done to fix this?
Neither UA nor the Runeterra experiment were "sourcebooks."
UA always went away sometime after the playtesting window and before a final product, if any was released. The only way a DDB user could "keep" UA before it disappeared it would be through homebrew copying it or keeping an example of the particular UA on a character sheet and making copies of it.
The Runeterra stuff was aggressively taken down. I think DDB's intent was to honor user's ability to keep copies in their character collections (like the DDB technique) but I think even that was purged, so the only way to have it was through homebrew (and IIRC, those were difficult to homebrew).
If you actually had homebrew based off the UA or Runeterra work, someone in support may be able to help you. I'm not sure what they can do for you re: UA copied stuff, I doubt the Runeterra stuff can be recovered.

They were removed some time ago, yes. There was a dev update explaining that UA would no longer be supported on DDB for the foreseeable future when it happened. The Runeterra stuff disappeared much more quietly and I don't know why.
I don't know what you mean by a "collectors' thing", but _how_ do they have it? If it's in their character generator tools here on DDB, it has to be homebrew. Pretty sure there was a lot of outrage about everyone losing it back when it was first closed out of the toolset. If they have the PDFs supporting those character options, that's something they saved and you're not going to find that disseminated on this site either.

Someone else has the bilgewater content and I could see it being a collectors thing

I saved copies of characters with the Runtara subclasses in my vault campaign. If you contact me I can hook you up with copies of those characters.
