I haven't published it or anything but every time I go to the page for the homebrew itself it just keeps on refreshing. I can edit it no problem but I can't just look at the page
When you copied it, did you grab some of the text from above the statblock too? Doing that ensures you grab all of the relevant formatting with the statblock so when you paste it the formatting pastes too. Try re-copying the statblock grabbing some of that outside text, even just a word or even a single letter and pasting it again and delete your old statblock and see if it’s visible to you then. If it is then you can edit it to suit your needs, including deleting the text you grabbed as part of the copy process.
For an advanced tip, when you edit the statblock edit it in html view by hitting the following button:
Even if you don’t understand html, it won’t matter. You don’t need to know what the codes mean, just to make sure your edits happen where they’re supposed to happen within the formatting so it doesn’t make anything to goofy on you again. It’ll be easier if you understand the html, but even if you don’t it’s okay as long as you don’t change any of it. Just make sure the words and numbers you enter go in the same spots where the words and numbers you’re replacing are and it’ll preserve the formatting for you.

Do you have any odd formatting in the Homebrew, perhaps something from a copy/paste?

yeah I copy pasted a creature stat block into it
Which creature? From DDB or from elsewhere? If it’s from DDB, that shouldn’t cause a problem, I do that myself regularly. However it is certainly possible that is causing the issue. You can see more information in the Homebrew Subclasses & Species FAQ #10: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq).
If you copy/pasted from another source that is very likely the problem.
