Any time i try to make an Artillerist (even with homebrew content disabled so it isn't from that) they gain an automatic spell called Shillelagh (Artificer) which if I try to remove comes up with an error code 07b9fbba480547de9f52927c8c1090e7. Any help would be appreciated.
It is homebrew. Either you or someone else in the campaign has that spell in their homebrew collection. Whoever programmed it listed the Artilerist attached to that spell and has to either remove that spell from their collection, or remove that subclass from the list of classes attached to that spell. Please see the Homebrew Spells FAQ #1 for more information: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq).

Content Troubleshooting
Thanks. Can I not get rid of it by disabling homebrew content in the setting for the character?
Nope. It sneaks through a back door that attaches the spell to the subclass.

Oh that's annoying. Thanks, I'll have to try and find a workaround so I can play artillerist without going crazy.
