I purchased the sourcebooks on my phone's Apple ID in 2018 and they're gone.  I logged in with the same Apple ID and it shows it as a new account.  I went back and found the receipts for the purchases in my email and verified it was the right Apple ID, but Beyond isn't recognizing and made a new account.  

I tried restoring purchases, no luck, and I put in a ticket to support over a week ago and never heard anything.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you 100% sure you used your AppleID for the account with the purchases and not either Twitch or Google? If so, are you 100% sure you used AppleID this time? Try using the other methods and see if your purchases aren’t on one of the other accounts.

Yeah 100% - I have the receipts that show the Apple ID on the purchases I'm signed in with right now.  I've only ever had one google account, tried that just in case and no luck either.  Never had a twitch.

Double check that it’s the same AppleID.

I did.  I'm logged into my Apple ID right now, and it's the same as on the receipts.  I only have one Apple ID.

I did a week ago, was hoping there was some other way but I'll keep waiting on my ticket. Thanks though.
