I haven't been able to see My Characters on DnD Beyond for a few days, and yet I can see them on the DnD Beyond phone app. I have a Hero Tier subscription. Is anyone else having this problem? I have signed out and back in several times and I keep getting an error message. If anyone sees this from the company, please can you let me know how I can see My Characters again? I want to level up a character in the next week.

Are you running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN that may be interfering with DDB?

Thanks everyone, the problem appears to have gone after I used a different Google account to log on. No idea why!
