I've had a DnDBeyond account for some time I have most of the source books and a had a subscription until recently that is still active.

My two sons have characters in my current campaign and I have created their characters on DnDB, is there a way of me sending/ sharing their characters with them so they can use DnDB on their Ipads?

Put the characters into the campaign. On the campaign page, unassign the characters from yourself. If your sons also have accounts, then give them the invite link to join the campaign, and they follow it while logged into their account. They should be able to claim any unassigned character in the campaign.

You use the “join link” the same as any player.

Click VIEW CAMPAIGN on your campaign

Over to the right you will see a hyper link below it, it says:
Send players this invite link to have them join your campaign.

Send that link to whomever you want to join the campaign.

They click it. Log into D&D Beyond. Select the character they want to use to join the campaign.
