So for some reason in the home brew page it will not let me add any modifiers to any of the feats that I try to create. I click on the modifiers option, the plus turns to a minus but there is no drop down menu.
You don't click the + or - to add modifiers, it just expands/collapses the current list. Click the Add Modifier blue button.
