Have you purchased any content here? There are only 3 free feats, firearm specialist being one. The other two, grappler and svirfneblin magic have prerequisites that I’m guessing your character doesn’t meet.
1. Make sure the character is in the campaign already. 2. Check to see if you can access other bits of character sharing (like races or subclasses). If 2 = yes, then confirm that whoever's doing the sharing bought the full books that have the feats. If 2 = no, then have them turn content sharing off then on again for the campaign.
A very late response to this post but I wanted to share my dumb fix to this problem!
Me and my DM were helping a new player create their first dnd character but the only feat appearing was this feat, they were able to access all my other shared content but for some reason feats just didn't work. Not even my DM could change their feats to anything other than firearm specialist. After 30 minutes we found a solution! We had the original player unclaim the character and I claimed it, I then had full access to all the feats and just told them to tell me which feats they want before unclaiming it and giving it back to them.
Some potentially relevant info is that I was the only player with content sharing on as I was the only one that owned anything, my DM tried to claim first and it did not work for them so it may be related to that. Turning on and off content sharing did not fix the problem.
Hope this helps any other lost souls!

I have access to all the other feats and the only one I can get to show up is Firearm Specialist. My account says that it's in sync.

It's for a character that's covered under a campaign with shared content. It's not letting me access any of the feats I should have access to.
