Ok, what am I missing here? My understanding is that an unarmed attack does damage calculated by: 1 damage + STR modifier. I have a player who noticed it's being calculated on his D&D Beyond as 2 + STR modifier for some reason. Normally isn't not an issue, but the player is extremely focused on rules and it constantly bothers him. I figure it's just something we're missing. Here is the link to the character sheet: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/120501912/uBUiVn
So I removed Heavy Armor Master (which is NOT a homebrew feat) and it corrected the unarmed damage. Is anyone else seeing that this feat is adding to unarmed damage too?

The usual answer for anything like this is "check the homebrew". There's two weapons and a bunch of feats there to try removing.

Heavy Armor Master gives +1 strength, losing which would drop that character's damage bonus by 1. That doesn't explain the mysterious extra point.
Obviously the Feat has a glitch. But at least the mystery is solved. I consider this question resolved. Thanks.
