My character is currently in a campaign, and the owner of the campaign has access to all the books and is currently content sharing within that campaign. When I leveled up and went to add a feat onto my character the dropdown was blank with no feats in it. I tried having the owner refresh the content sharing and even delete the campaign and recreate it but the dropdown still does not show any content. Can anyone please shed some light on this, of what to possibly do.
Yes, the character was created within the campaign. It had been working just fine for the last several weeks, but today when I went make modifications I noticed that I was unable to add feats.
Just for the sake of trying I attempted to create a new character within the campaign that had content sharing active, and all of the content that should be in there is missing. As if none of the books had been purchased and shared within the campaign.
Just to clarify something: in your original post, you say the person with content sharing 'has access to all the books.' Did they actually purchase (ie license) content access on this site, or has the only thing they've paid for been the master tier subscription? If they have access because they're in campaign A and are providing the content sharing there, with people 1, 2, and 3, who've paid for books, when they turn around and also turn on content sharing for campaign B, that you're in, if neither of you own books there's nothing to share. I just want to be sure of what you mean by 'has access to.' If they have made content purchases on this site, are other people in this campaign also having this issue, or is it just you?

Is your character actually in that campaign? The character must actually be in that campaign to benefit from content sharing.

Has your DM's master tier subscription ended, or have they taken your character out of the campaign?
Nope, the master tier subscription is still currently active and my character is still in the campaign.
