Yes, but when making the feat must select the "Gift of the Metallic Dragon (Int/Char/Wis) as a template. Then edit it, then click edit on the second down cure wounds spell in spells. Then in the spells BOX to the very left delete cure wounds, then add cantrip, 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc to the spell levels BOX. Then if you want other class spells add those class's to the spell class BOX. Then in level divisor select 2 for normal level requirements (IE at 5th level = 3rd level spells). Then in the ability score select the primary stat for your spellcasting modifier Int/Cha/Wis even Con/Str but I don't recommend those. Then save. Finally click cancel (After Saving) then delete the first cure wounds in spells.
Optional: Check the "Is Infinite" Box for unlimited selectable spells (If you don't trust your players don't check this, or if you're a player be responsible let your dm know)
How do you get DnD beyond to "do it by the book", when according to PHB a 5th Lvl Ranger is supposed to have 4 First Lvl Sells and 2 Seomd lvl. I can't get more than 3 First lvl and 1 second.. What am I missng?
It looks like they've removed this option or I might be doing something wrong.
When I try to create a homebrew using gift of the metallic dragon as a template, it doesn't show any spells as part of the feat. They still exist, I'll get cure wounds if I add the homebrewed feat to a character, but I can't modify either of the cure wound spells in the homebrew feat editor

They only recently updated Feats that involve a choice of Spellcasting Ability, they used to be separate versions of the feat for each Ability. They probably have the updated versions semi-hardcoded or else the edit functionality is locked away from regular users for the time being.

Yep they Changed it so No one else can do it..... Don't know why they ban creativity? No reason to do this or why they haven't done ANY helpful change to the home brew section!
But just checked all the feats i made with them before does scale with spell slot lvl currently knowing hasbro they at some point will change all of our homebrew!
Nah, they're just re-implementing the official feats the way they would've in the first place (as in not split out into a bunch of separate "feats"), I don't see them messing with our homebrew for that reason. But yeah, it'd be darn nice if they got that feat editing feature stable enough for us users to benefit from.

Hey ya'll, does anyone know how to add spell lists? Trying to edit Divine Soul, but when a player takes it, they can't access the cleric spell list anymore, only the sorcerer. All I've done is add a feature
Not as part of a feature, specifically under Basic Information. And not in the “Additional Specific Spells” field, in the “Additional Spell List” field.

Spell Slots ≠ Spells Known
Spell Slots is how many spells of each level you can cast in a day, Spells Known is how many spells you know.

Under Basic Information, in the field labeled “Additional Spell List” you need to add Cleric.

When I go to do this, it'll only allow me to add individual spells, not a whole class spell list :(
