I'm not sure what to call it.

I logged in with google account.   Joined a friends's campaign, subbed to master tier and then added some digital books I had purchased with a bundle.  

Tried to log in with the app.....nothing was there.   Logged out of my account on pc and relogged in and same thing...everything gone.   

Any thoughts?   Tried to create a ticket last night and still have not heard anything.

According to your account it’s brand new. You must have accidentally logged in under a new account by accident. That’s easy to do. Your original account may have been under google, but you must have subsequently logged in under Wizards, Apple, or Twitch. Either that or your original account was under Apple or Twitch or Wizards, and this time you logged in under Google. Happens all the time.

Negative.  

I wish it was that simple.  I have tried also I have receipts for my master tier going to my google email that I logged in with and in that email they call me edgekasey85552 

I'm super confused.

Double check that you’re logged in through google. Double check that you’ve logged in under the correct google account.
