Hello, 

I'm a master tier subscriber.  The reason I do this is so that my players can access all classes and the fun stuff through my purchases.  Recently, a player was creating a character for a peace domain cleric, but the option wasn't available.  We trouble shot but couldn't get it to show.  I went in and created an unassigned character with that class option, but it's frustrating that I had to do this in order for it to work.  

Long story short, is there a setting or something this person missed that would cause him not to see all my content?  

Were they specifically building their character specifically in that campaign? If not, that’s the problem. You aren’t sharing your content with “them,” you’re sharing it with that specific campaign.

They're creating a character in that campaign specifically, not on their own profile.

Double check that your account entitlements are in sync, and the player should too: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace).

I'll do that and reply back if it worked or not.

This is happening to me and my players as well. Went through the same process to no prevail. Were you able to figure it out?

• Are their characters actually in the campaign?
• Try turning content sharing off and back on again.

 turning content sharing off and back on again works, this glitch has been around for years and they still haven't patched it
