Hey guys, is there any way for me to block someone from sharing their homebrew things with the rest of the campaign while we have content sharing on. I want to share my homebrew, but not anyone else's.

Nope. And content sharing isn’t even required, all homebrew is automatically shared within campaigns with or without content sharing.
