Elven chainmail AC not updating

I added and equipped elven chainmail to replace my studded leather and my AC dropped by one instead of raising it. Unsure how to correct the issue.

Elven Chain only allows for a +2 maximum Dex modifier to AC, as does any chain shirt. Studded leather allows for the full +5 bonus from Dex.
