I am attempting to build a new race with the feat of Tough. I select the modifier pick Feat and the Tough and it all looks correct until i attempt to create a new character in whcih instead of assigning the feat tough it lets you select any feat.
Only the “choose a feat” subtype works, and only on races. There’s nothing you can do except recreate the Tough feat as a homebrewed racial trait and skip the feat altogether.
