I'm currently playing in a campaign with the DM having shared his content with me which I can access in the library but when I go to edit my character or create a new one I am limited to Homebrew, Basic Rules, Dungeon Masters Guide and Elemental Evil Players Companion.

Anyone have any ideas what could be going wrong?

DM says he gave me access to everything he owns which matches up with the library, just can't see how that access doesn't carry over into the customisation side of things.

Is your character specifically in that specific campaign?

Yep, everything else is as it should be, just not the customisation stuff

What exactly do you mean by “customization?”

When you edit the character and you get to change levels, multiclass, etc

So in the character builder. Have the affected players follow this link and check that their Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace). If that doesn’t fix it turn content sharing off and back on again.
