Paladin Fighting Style Bug

Hello, I cannot select other options like (Blessed Warrior or Interception) from the fight style list on this character:

I'm not in a campaign and I've tried re-loging, clearing web browsers cache.

Those options only appear if your character has access to the Optional Class Features from Tasha’s Cauldron, and those features are activated. Have you purchased Tasha’s Cauldron?
